On the Show today we get to catch up with our very own Coach Erinn who has come on board at FSM as a coach with the particular skill set of Pre & Postnatal and Kids coaching.
Erinn is qualified by Dr Sarah Duvall world renowned women & Pregnancy coach. Not only that she is a personal trainer and The Brand X Method Advanced Kids Coach.
This show was eye opening for me as I went it with some generally ideas on how you would go about training pregnant women. I now understand there is more to learn and when looking to exercise during or after pregnancy you should definitely seek out a specialist in the field.
This show was left open as we will be revisiting this topics a few more time to share with you the knowledge from Coach Erinn and her special Guests.
