On the show today I had the pleasure of chatting with Jane Erbacher world renowned Rowing and Ski erg coach.
Jane has an amazing story and is so humble and full of gratitude when you talk to her. From the glamour of Aerobic Instructor (i can relate), lawyer, gym owner to traveling the world helping coaches, daily gym goers and the worlds fittest women understand how to use the Rower and Ski erg for better performance.
Having Jane on the show was like talking to a long term friend. One of the easiest following shows I have done.
